I led the redesign of the shopping cart abandonment emails for Dream Vacations and CruiseOne agents to boost user engagement and encourage online bookings. This involved creating wireframes, mockups, coding in Salesforce and collaborating with a dedicated team of developers to ensure successful implementation across the network.
The revamped emails feature a responsive layout with captivating images of dream destinations, personalized messages reminding customers of their selected vacations and clear, compelling calls to action. By incorporating strategic content placement, the new design aims to recapture potential customers' interest and drive them back to complete their bookings.
Emails are sent 1 day, 4 days, and 10 days after the client's search, resulting in a total of three emails.
